Winter Photos | Part One

greeting

Update: The snow is pretty much gone! We got a lotta rain this week that washed it away. The weather is supposed to be pretty nice next week, and I am excited for the sun to come out and warm up a little!

Guys, this week has been fantastic. Yesterday was my bestie, Mary’s, birthday, and there just so happened to be a school dance that night as well. My whole squad got together at Mare’s house to get ready for the dance, and we tried on each other’s clothes, did each other’s makeup, and ate pizza and donuts (We are so healthy).

The dance was ah-mazing, too! My friends and I danced together and belted out all of our favorite songs at the top of our lungs (Of course you couldn’t hear us over the loud music). I slow danced with a guy-friend of mine and someone else that is more than a friend, and it was really fun.

After the dance, my two best friends and I slept over at Mare’s place. We played pie face (if you guys don’t know what this is, look it up it’s amazing) and hung out all night. It was such a fun night and one I will never forget!

In today’s post, I will be sharing the first round of my winter photos! As you all know, we got a massive snow storm up here in the Pacific North West. My mom and I made the most out of it by doing a little “photo shoot” in the park across from my house. The snow was gorgeous and perfect for some artsy, Tumblr-y photos!

Yup, that’s me. I love how my face is completely normal and I’m standing up to my knees in snow. I’m joking, I actually really like this photo!

I *love* this photo! You can see one of the many snow-covered trees in the park and the geese flying above it. It’s so pretty!

Here is actual footage of me throwing snow in my face. The photo was worth it though.

This tree looks like the tree of life. It’s gigantic and so beautiful! This whole photo looks like an animated Disney movie.
